钻井液是石油钻井作业工程中不可缺少的重要组成部分,它一方面关系着安全、快速、优质钻井，另一方面关系着油气层保护。根据实际工作需要，规定了一系列的 钻井液性能参数，作为调整及控制钻井液性能的依据。钻井液固相含量这一性能参数是其中之一，钻井液固相一般包括砂、劣土、岩屑、膨润土、重晶石等，固相控 制的目的是清除有害固相（岩屑、砂子、劣土），保存有用固相（重晶石、膨润土），只有各种固相含量在合理的范围内，钻井液性能才能稳定，才能发挥钻井液应 有的功能。固相控制的方法较多，其中机械分离法应用普遍，该法运用过程中所使用的钻井液净化设备的合理配置将有效改善钻井液的性能，进而发挥钻井液的功 能，提高钻井效益。下面结合江汉油田江汉地区13个钻井队钻井液净化设备现状进行简要分析并提出钻井液净化设备配置建议。
